1. Who we are

XLumience is an XRP intelligence platform based in the Netherlands. KvK 42082793 · VAT NL005482012B45. Contact us at info@xlumience.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you provide or that is needed to run the service: your name and email (via the contact or waitlist form, and when you receive access), your access code, and your notification preferences. If you enable them, we store your browser push subscription token and, for Telegram alerts, your Telegram chat ID. If you choose to use the optional exchange/trading capability, we store your exchange API keys encrypted at rest and the trade data needed to operate it. We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are processed by Mollie.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide platform access, and to send the weekly report or push notifications if requested. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact and waitlist submissions are retained for a maximum of 2 years. Subscriber data (access code, notification settings, and — where applicable — optional trading data) is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Your email address is retained for up to 90 days after cancellation for support purposes. You can request deletion at any time and we will act within 30 days.

5. Who we share your data with

We use Supabase for data storage, Vercel for application hosting and the landing page, Resend for transactional email, Mollie for payments, and Telegram for optional alerts. These providers act as processors under GDPR. We do not sell your data.

6. Cookies & analytics

xlumience.com does not use cookies. We collect privacy-friendly, anonymous usage analytics — which pages are viewed, approximate location (country and region derived from your connection, never your IP address), the referring site, and time spent on a page — to understand and improve the site. This data is stored without cookies and cannot be used to identify you. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the use of your data. Contact info@xlumience.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to platform data is restricted via role-based authentication, and any exchange API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to Dutch courts.
