1. Who we are

XLumience is an XRP intelligence platform based in the Netherlands. KvK registration is pending. Contact us at info@xlumience.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you actively provide: name and email via the contact form, and email if you subscribe to push notifications or the weekly report. We do not collect payment data directly — payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide platform access, and to send the weekly report or push notifications if requested. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 2 years. You can request deletion at any time and we will act within 30 days.

5. Who we share your data with

We use Formspree for contact forms, Supabase for platform data, Vercel for application hosting, Cloudflare for the landing page, and Lemon Squeezy for payments. All providers are GDPR-compliant. We do not sell your data.

6. Cookies

xlumience.com uses a single session cookie to verify your access code during your visit. It is not used for tracking or advertising and is deleted when you close your browser.

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the use of your data. Contact info@xlumience.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to platform data is restricted via API keys and role-based authentication.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to Dutch courts.
