1. What XLumience is

XLumience is an XRP intelligence platform providing AI-generated signals, regulatory intelligence, risk management tools and market analysis. The platform can connect to trading exchanges and supports both paper trading and live trade execution — however, all trades are initiated and controlled by the user. XLumience is not a licensed financial advisor, broker or investment manager, and does not manage funds on your behalf. Nothing on XLumience constitutes financial advice. All investment decisions remain your own responsibility.

2. Who can use XLumience

You must be at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to use cryptocurrency trading tools in your jurisdiction, and you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions. Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk.

3. Lifetime license

Access is provided under a lifetime personal license. You pay once and receive access for the lifetime of the product. Your license is personal and non-transferable — it cannot be shared, resold or sublicensed. One license covers one user and one exchange account. XLumience reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once access has been granted and credentials delivered. If you have not yet received access, contact info@xlumience.com within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share or resell your access credentials, reverse engineer or copy the platform, use XLumience in violation of applicable laws, or attempt to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to use.

6. Exchange integration and trading

You are responsible for the security of your own API keys, any trades executed through your exchange account, and ensuring your use of exchange APIs complies with your exchange's terms. Live trade execution is disabled by default and requires you to actively enable it. Paper trading mode is available to test the system without financial risk.

7. Limitation of liability

XLumience is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or financial damage arising from use of the platform, interruptions in service, data delays or technical failures. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. All signals carry inherent uncertainty.

8. Intellectual property

All code, design, signals, analysis methodology, branding and content produced by XLumience remain the intellectual property of XLumience. Your license grants the right to use the platform — not to copy, reproduce or commercialise any part of it.

9. Changes to the service

XLumience may update or modify the platform over time. Existing lifetime license holders will not be charged additionally for improvements to the platform they purchased.

10. Termination

XLumience reserves the right to terminate or suspend access without notice in cases of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
