1. What XLumience is

XLumience is an XRP intelligence platform. Its core product for individual users is a descriptive daily market assessment — a plain-language read of the XRP market, its likely direction over the next 24 to 72 hours, and an honest confidence level. This assessment is provided for information only. It is not a signal to act, not a personal recommendation, and not investment, legal or tax advice. XLumience is not a licensed financial advisor, broker or investment manager, and never holds, manages or has access to your funds. All decisions you make are your own responsibility. Optional capabilities — connecting an exchange, automated trade execution, and the data API — are offered separately to business and operator users on request; where enabled, every trade is initiated and controlled by the user through their own exchange account.

2. Who can use XLumience

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use XLumience in your jurisdiction. The daily assessment is informational. If you choose to enable the optional trading capability, you accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk.

3. Subscription

Pricing will be published once our track record does — after the first 90 reads have resolved. Beta participants are subject to separate beta terms communicated at onboarding. Access during the beta is personal and non-transferable — it cannot be shared, resold or sublicensed. One account covers one user and one exchange account. XLumience reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

4. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available for the current billing period once access has been granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. If you have not received access after payment, contact info@xlumience.com within 24 hours of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share or resell your access credentials, reverse engineer or copy the platform, use XLumience in violation of applicable laws, or attempt to access parts of the platform you are not authorised to use.

6. Exchange integration and trading

Connecting an exchange and enabling live trade execution are optional and available on request; they are not part of the standard individual assessment product. Live trade execution is disabled by default and must be actively enabled. A paper (simulated) mode is available to test the system without financial risk. You are responsible for the security of your own API keys, for any trades executed through your exchange account, and for ensuring your use of exchange APIs complies with your exchange's terms. XLumience connects using keys with trading permissions only — never withdrawal — and never moves funds off your exchange.

Where the optional trading capability is used, XLumience can apply an automated, volatility-based stop loss (derived from the ATR, a standard measure of recent market volatility) with parameters that you configure. These controls adjust to current market conditions rather than a fixed percentage. They are risk-management tools, not guarantees against loss.

7. Limitation of liability

XLumience is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or financial damage arising from use of the platform, nor for interruptions in service, data delays or technical failures. Past assessment accuracy does not guarantee future results, and every assessment carries inherent uncertainty.

8. Intellectual property

All code, design, assessments, analysis methodology, branding and content produced by XLumience remain the intellectual property of XLumience. Your license grants the right to use the platform — not to copy, reproduce or commercialise any part of it.

9. Changes to the service

XLumience may update or modify the platform over time. Active subscribers will have access to all platform improvements included within their subscription period.

10. Termination

XLumience reserves the right to terminate or suspend access without notice in cases of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
